The Documents required to apply for a worker visa are as follows

1. Worker Visa

    Company Letter Head and Name List

    Calling Letter (Original and Copy)
    (The First page must include half of the Immigration Chop and half of the MOFA Chop. The second page should include Immigration Chop and half MOFA Chop and Official Chop Calling must be within 4 Months)

    KDN Copy
    (KDN number and Calling letter number must be the same. If KDN expires, you can only apply for another 6 months. If more than 6 months, you can apply only after extension.)

    Levy Receipt Copy
  • 5
    Smart Card Original and Copy
  • 6
    Application form    (1) Copy Download
  • 7
    Photo (with White Background) (size 3.5cm x 5.0cm)     (1) Copy

2. Worker Visa (Sarawak)

    Calling Letter (Original and Copy)
    (The First page must include half of the Immigration Chop. The second page should include Immigration Chop Official Chop Calling must be within 4 Months)

Note: Applicants are required to submit complete and accurate application documents for the specified visa category.

Visa application must be submitted at least two weeks before departure date.
